Resolved

On 18 Dec 2025 (21:30–22:41 UTC+7), some conversations could not be marked as “resolved”, and some WhatsApp conversations were treated as outside the customer service window (template-only replies). Messages were delivered normally, and customer data remained intact.

The issue has been resolved and preventive measures have been applied. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and we’ve implemented additional safeguards to help prevent recurrence.
