During the maintenance window, it is important to note that all comments from Instagram and Facebook will not be visible in the Omnichannel. Similarly, comments made via the Omnichannel will not appear on Instagram or Facebook. However, we want to assure you that Facebook and Instagram Direct messages will continue to function normally, allowing you to communicate seamlessly with your customers through these channels.
If you encounter any issues or have any concerns during the maintenance process, we kindly request you to reach out to us directly through the WhatsApp Business Group. Our dedicated team will be available to assist you promptly and ensure a smooth experience.
